At the heart of the Ford F-250 Super Duty's capability lies its impressive engine lineup. The High Output 6.7-liter Power Stroke diesel V8 delivers an astounding 500 horsepower, while the standard Power Stroke variant produces 475 horsepower. For those preferring gasoline power, the 7.3-liter V8 generates 430 horsepower, and the 6.8-liter V8 Flex Fuel engine offers 405 horsepower. With avaialble rear-wheel drive and part-time four-wheel drive configurations, Sandusky drivers can personalize the performance of the new Ford F-250 Super Duty to their needs.
The Ford F-250 Super Duty comes standard with Class V towing equipment, including a hitch, brake controller, and trailer sway control. Available towing technologies include BLIS with trailer coverage, 360-degree camera systems with trailer compatibility, and auxiliary trailer camera options for enhanced visibility while towing. All told, the new Ford Duty can tow up to 23,000 pounds.
